Guide: Setup Linked Role In Prism
This article explains how to set up Linked Roles in Prism. With this feature, the bot verifies if members are subscribed to a specific YouTube channel and automatically assigns them the corresponding role, giving them access to exclusive spaces in your server.
Creating Your Bot
To create a bot, you first need to head into Discord Developer Portal and click New Application. Give it a suitable name that matches your server or channel — for example, I used "Harry Styles!" — and click Create. Optionally, you can add an avatar for your bot to make it look more personalized.

Setting Up the Bot in Prism
Once your bot is created, you need to set it up in Prism. Open prismsite.com in another tab while keeping your Discord app open. Click Login from the nav bar, navigate to Dashboard → Your Server → Linked Role, and then click Create at the top.

Connecting the Bot
Next, you need to connect your Discord bot to the Linked Role. In your Discord Developer Portal , go to OAuth2 → Client Information, copy the Client ID, and reset your Client Secret, then copy it. Paste both into the corresponding fields in Prism and click Next. Go to the Bot tab, reset the token, copy it, and paste it in Prism as well.

Setting the Redirect URL & Adding Bot to Server

Copy the Linked Role verification URL from Prism. Go back to OAuth2 → Redirects → Add Redirect, paste the URL, and save. Then, click the popup icon from the second field of prism and add the bot to your server.

Creating a Linked Role in Your Server
To create a Linked Role in your server, go to Server Settings → Roles → Create New Role → Links. After creating a new role or selecting an existing one, you’ll see a new Links tab at the top.

Here, you can choose the bot you set up in Prism. Incase previously added bot doesn't show up, press Ctrl + F5 on PC or restart Discord on mobile.
